A former Kingston man charged after D-N-A evidence resulted in his arrest for a violent sexual assault in Napanee 15 years ago will stand trial next year.
The May trial dates for 45-year-old Bruce Wilson were set in Napanee Superior Court.
He was arrested at Warkworth Institution last November and charged by Napanee O-P-P with sexual assault, kidnapping, forcible confiinement and uttering threats after new D-N-A evidence was considered.
The assault on a 16-year-old girl occured in a backyard on Bridge Street West in Napanee on July first, 1994.
