How he got in the water is still a mystery but emergency officials took to the Bay of Quinte under the Norris Whitney Bridge overnight. City Police confirm a man was pulled from the cold water, just before 1 o’clock this morning, by city firefighters in the zodiac rescue boat. The current condition of the man isn’t known….but, he was rushed to Belleville General Hospital in serious condition. The Criminal Investigation Team continues to probe the circumstances.
