It isn’t quite the response Brighton hoped for to its call for applications from people to serve as Quinte Health Care Community Advisory Members.
The municipality will have three members on the new 36-member Q-H-C Advisory Council, which will be appointed by the board of directors by mid-December.
However, Brighton C-A-O Gayle Frost says only one person had expressed interested by yesterday, the original deadline, and she’s preparing a report for Council next Monday.
Frost says other submissions will be accepted from qualified applicants over the next few days.
