A Trenton-area man caught with four hundred marijuana plants and other drugs in his home has been given a six-month conditional sentence.
Thirty-seven-year-old Kent Swan pleaded guilty in Belleville Provincial Court yesterday to possession for the purpose of trafficking.
He was charged by Quinte West O-P-P on February 24th after officers found a sophisticated marijuana grow operation, along with cannabis oil and magic mushrooms, inside a home on Bernard Long Road.
Swan will serve the first half of the six-month conditional sentence under house arrest, and he was also given a ten-year weapons prohibition. Drug charges against his wife, 35-year-old Nicole Swan, were withdrawn.
