Both senior levels of government have come through with funding for the new Municipal Hall and Council Chambers for Centre Hastings. MP Daryl Kramp and MPP Leona Dombrowsky were on hand for sod turnings and cheque presentations in Bancroft over the weekend, which included 315-thousand dollars for the new building in Madoc. There was also a presentation of 616-thousand dollars in Bancroft to fund improvements to the water and wastewater collection systems and road improvements.
