A couple of fares a Belleville taxi driver won’t soon forget.
City Police say a cabbie, who picked up two men at Little Texas on North Front Street early yesterday morning, was supposed to drop one of them off on Cannifton Road, and the other at a Bridge Street West address.
However, one of the men became verbally abusive toward the taxi driver, and kicked out the passenger window, while the other man punched the cab driver in the back of the head.
One of the suspects is described as bald, wearing a grey shirt with dark stripes, and the other man has red hair, was wearing glasses, a black ball hat, a black sweater and jeans, and is about six feet tall.
