To limit confusion… Quinte Health Care has released a set of visitor rules for it’s hospitals as the flu season begins.
Q-H-C Manager of Public Affairs and Community Relations… Kim Kattouw… says the public should refrain from visiting the hospital unless absolutely necessary.
Q-H-C is also asking anyone with flu-like symptoms to stay home… and say if you feel sick… go see your family doctor or visit a clinic.
Patients should only report to the emergency room for urgent health care needs or severe flu symptoms.
