Some Picton residents want the name of Cold Storage Road changed to something more appealing.
The request by the Board of Directors of Rosemary Lane Condominiums, a 23-unit townhouse development, for the road to be called First Road will be discussed at the Prince Edward County Committee of the Whole meeting tomorrow afternoon.
The committee will also consider a recommendation to sign a ten-year exclusive beverage supplier agreement with Coca Cola Limited for the new Wellington Arena, the Picton Marina and the Crystal Palace, and will hear about Loyalist College’s plans to locate its School of Art and Design in Picton.
The meeting begins at Shire Hall in Picton at one o’clock tomorrow afternoon.
