Another popular low-cost rabies vaccination event sponsored by the Hastings-Prince Edward Health Unit and local veterinarians.
Health Unit spokesperson Carol Snell says almost 53-hundred cats and dogs got their rabies shots last Saturday.
Sixteen vets took part in the clinics.
Snell says about 55-hundred animals were vaccinated during last year’s low cost clinics.
