A logging truck was pulled over on Highway 37 in Tweed for highway traffic act violations, and the driver was then stopped later in the day on Highway 62 in a car.
Fifty-three-year-old Micheal Abrams was charged with driving while disqualified, obstructing police, altering a validation permit, driving without a licence and other offences.
