There’s no shortage of water in the Frankford area, and sometimes people get into trouble on it.
But due to hard work on their own time, a 7 man team is now qualified as a scuba diving unit for rescue work.
The men are all volunteer firefighters working out of the Frankford hall in Quinte West.
The training, most of it on weekends, was taken at Seneca College, in its underwater skills program.
