A troubling night for a teenage girl in Belleville. City Police picked up the 17 year old for public intoxication on Station Street, at 6:30 last evening, and several hours later she was turned over to a family member. She continued to cause problems at her residence and repeatedly dialed the emergency number at the Police Station. She was arrested again and charged mischief.
