Construction of the Moira River bridge and the extension of Belleville’s Bell Boulevard has caused some difficulties for motorists and pedestrians alike this summer. But Director of Engineering Rick Kester says in about two weeks the road congestion should be cleared up for traffic. He says sidewalks will take a little longer. Meanwhile steel girders for the bridge are expected to begin arriving by the end of September. That work will be completed before the concrete deck is put on the bridge.
