The federal government is helping the work done by the Community Futures Development Corporation in Northumberland County.
M-P Rick Norlock says the agency will get 575-thousand dollars.
The funding is part of 30-million dollars Southern Ontario’s 37 C-F-D-C’s will receive over the next year.
Norlock says the new measures will increase access to capital and business support.
