It’s been a long tough summer for the Mayor of Deseronto. Norm Clark returns to Council Chambers for the first time since suffering a heart attack on Canada Day. He says he looks forward to getting back to work. Clark he’s had to restrict his diet and can no longer puff on his favorite cigar. He says he’s had time to focus on what’s important in his life and the things he wants to accomplish.
