A section of Downtown Belleville’s Riverfront Trail is out of commission for the next few weeks. Director of Environmental and Operational Services Brad Wilson says a retaining wall on the east side of the Moira River across from City Hall is being replaced. The roughly 160-thousand dollar tender was awarded to Cedar Springs Landscaping of Ancaster.
