Arson hasn’t been ruled out in a massive fire earlier this week in Foxboro. Fire Prevention Officer Eric Ritter says the case has been turned over to the Fire Marshall’s Office and it could be awhile before the cause of the two million dollar warehouse blaze is known. Ritter says the fire wasn’t in the Maxwell Paper building…but, in a privately owned facility at the rear of the property. The owner, who is from BC, has insurance but rented spots to eight individuals…some of whom didn’t have insurance. 200-thousand dollars worth of appliances were destroyed along with boats, ATV’s, motorycles, snowmobiles and other vehicles.
