Belleville Police have identified the alleged “john” and prostitute following an arrest Sunday evening in the downtown. 40-year old John Young and 42-year old Marie Rouleau…both of Belleville…are charged with Communicating for the Purpose of Prostitution. Both were released on the scene….at the corner of Pinnacle and Bridge streets…with October court dates.
