A toddler in Foxboro has been taken to Kingston for plastic surgery after an atack by the family dog. Belleville Police report the18-month old child was bitten on the face by the family pet yesterday morning. The child suffered cuts to his face that required medical attention and was transferred to KGH. The dog has been quarantined and the Health Unit has been notified.
