A senior cyclist in Belleville received minor injuries after being struck by a car on a busy city street. City Police responded to North Park Street where the 61-year old woman was hit, at 1 o’clock yesterday, and it was discovered the motorist was a prohibited driver for an earlier impaired conviction. A 31 year old Demorestville man is charged with driving while disqualified and failing to yield to traffic. He appears in court in August.
