People are certainly riding the buses….those extra service buses that Belleville launched last fall. But Councillor Bob Dolan is concerned that a few businesses north of Highway 4-0-1 are benefiting from the Sunday service without paying the shot. He says transit is “area rated” and this should extend to those businesses.. City council decided to continue the extended service for Routes four and five, and the Sunday service…a staff report is coming.
