Good news from Belleville Police.
The city police service is crediting designated drivers with cutting down the number of drunk drivers in the area.
Police say of the 673 vehicles stopped in a police RIDE check last night, there were no infractions.
Officers say some of the credit goes to drivers who are designated as alcohol-free for the night.
