A 25-year old Roslin man faces charges after smacking into a downtown Belleville bridge and then into another car. City Police say the eastbound motorist struck the wall along Bridge Street, yesterday afternoon, and caromed into another eastbound car. Both vehicles had to be towed. The Roslin man was charged with careless driving.
