Another new look for part of Belleville’s downtown.
Flowers by Dustin and the building next door accomodating Grey Matters Media and the Belleville Art Association Gallery, on upper Front Street, will get a facelift this year, thanks in part to the city’s Facade Improvement Porgram. The project includes repairs and painting , new lighting, and improvements to the rear of the businesses, at the Riverfront Trail. The 10-thousand dollar grant is the first application approved from the 50-thousand dollars budgeted for 2009. Participants must put up money toward the projects as well.
