Napanee OPP say the latest victim of a fatal ATV crash in the Quinte region wasn’t wearing a helmet and may have been drinking. A 34-year old man was pronounced dead at the scene along Westplain Road in Roblin, at 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon, after rolling his four-wheeler in a ditch. No name has been released yet.
