The stocks are available for 3-cents a pop….but, apparently aren’t going fast enough to get the new Belleville Racetrack and Slot Parlour project off the ground. Baymount Incorporated has reiterated its offer of up to 1.5-million dollars in shares, as announced prior to Christmas. The company is attempting to secure capital to build the new Quinte Exhibition & Raceway on Bell Boulevard. 634-thousand dollars in gross proceeds have been raised, so far, and the company continues to make contact with potential investors. The OLG has partnered with Baymount on the slot parlour but the multi-million dollar project has been stagnant since a sod-turning ceremony last September.
