Some real heavy lifting in this Belleville theft yesterday. A 100 pound solid bronze plaque is missing from the park at Pinnacle and St. Paul’s street. The plaque was dedicated to Sir Mackenzie Bowell. It’s described as 3 feet tall, and 2 feet wide. Anyone with information should call Belleville Police, or Crimestoppers.
