Two Trent Hills residents have been charged after a bridge in Campbellford was spray-painted Friday morning.
Northumberland OPP were called to Kennedy Park about 9 a.m. after the lower part of the bridge was painted.
Officers chased a pair of suspects on foot and arrested them.
A 22 year-old man and a 17 year-old girl are facing charges and will be in a Brighton court in mid October.
A total of six charges were laid against the two.

This pair should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and given wide media coverage as a message to the rest of the graffiti vandals.
Make them re-paint the bridge with the smallest brush one can buy.
