Speeding galore in Centre Hastings

Lots of traffic in the Madoc area over the long weekend, leading to lots of tickets being handed out by the OPP.
Central Hastings OPP laid 47 speeding charges, and numerous other charges including faililng to wear a seatbelt and distracted driving charges.
On Sunday, Central Hastings OPP conducted a RIDE check on Cooper Road in Madoc Township. One man from out of the area faces an alcohol related charge.
