Belleville’s wellness centre opening soon

It’s more than six months overdue, but its now just a few weeks away from opening.
The Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre will welcome residents officially August 20th.
Belleville Mayor Neil Ellis says there will be lots of different uses in the facility.
The facility was mired in controversy after the original contractor was unable to finish construction.
