Belleville mayor to talk infrastructure at AMO

For the city of Belleville it’s all about infrastructure money when meeting with provincial officials at the Association of Municipalities meeting in Toronto next week.

Mayor Neil Ellis says the upcoming big project for the city is the new Bay Bridge leading to Prince Edward County.

He says the city would need some funding from the senior governments.

Mayor Ellis says the Eastern Ontario Mayors group, to which he belongs, will meet with representatives of all three parties – not just the Liberals – during the AMO meeting which begins on Sunday.
