Worry over Quinte’s water levels

The Quinte region is going to bask in sunshine for another week, however that won’t be a good thing for water levels.

Some waterways are dried up, or down to a trickle, and Quinte and Lower Trent Conservation  asked residents to reduce their water consumption by ten percent.

The forecast for the upcoming week isn’t too promising either, with only a slight chance of showers today.

The mercury will get over 30C for the majority of the week.
