Stirling’s Chief of Police and a police board member have hearings with the Ontario Civilian Police Commission.
Chief Brian Foley will have a meeting with the committee in August.
Foley has been accused of giving the former board chair a bottle of pepper spray, although that hasn’t been proven in court.
Meantime, non-active board member Greg Oliver will begin his process later this month with a pre-hearing at the Travelodge.
Oliver is being investigated for allegations made while on the board.
Both meetings are open to the public.
