The biggest marketing strategy to date for Bay of Quinte Country is underway.
The Bay of Quinte Tourist Council unveiled plans yesterday for an aggressive marketing strategy which will help people discover what the region has to offer.
The main focus of the campaign will be food and drink as well as fishing.
A website and a radio campaign will be the main tools used to get the word out.
The budget for the campaign is $100,000.
Council president Ryan Williams says more details will be made available in the coming months.
