QSS car fire not suspicious

A car fire at Belleville’s Quinte Secondary School is not considered to be suspicious.

Fire prevention officer, Lyle Quinell, says his investigation this morning led him to conclude the fire was electrical in nature.

He says the fire was contained to the engine compartment but the car had to be towed nonetheless.

No charges will be laid.
