Belleville drivers advised to avoid Dundas

5:25PM UPDATE – Police have cleared the scene and continue to investigate.

Belleville Police have confirmed a three-vehicle collision this hour at the corner of Applewood and Dundas Streets.

The incident happened before 4:30 and has since meant police closed both lanes of old highway two.

Police are asking motorists to use an alternate route.

Emergency services are on the scene.
