Three men from the G-T-A are facing charges after a high risk take down in the County.
Prince Edward OPP say the incident began yesterday afternoon on the 4-0-1 near Cobourg, when a driver allegedly cut another car off.
A victim was gestured too, had garbage thrown towards him, was spat upon, had his car damaged and even had his life threatened after the close call.
When another car of the suspects friends arrived, the victim left and called police.
Officers found the suspects later at Sandbanks Park and emergency officials arrested three men in a take down.
Dwight Wisdom and Julieta Gonzalez of Scarborough, along with Jean Marseille have all been charged.

I saw several young men in Wellington exit their vehicles in the parking lot of the local grocery store and proceed to urinate on the wall of the store in brazen view of anyone nearby. I didn’t dare say a word. I left the area immediately. I can be sure they were likely not here to buy art.
Looks good on them.
