Teen charged for Campbellford break-in

A 17-year old has been charged after a break in this morning in Campbellford.
Officials say an elderly couple awoke to find the invasion in progress in their County Road 50 home.
The owner was able to chase a suspect from the home and a short time later Northumberland OPP had charged a teen with break enter and theft, possession of stolen property and a drug charge.
He has a court date in July.
