There’s still no sign of a 61 year old pilot and his small single engine plane.
Military and civilian search and rescue agencies searched all day yesterday, but nothing was found.
The plane and pilot have been missing since Monday night.
At daybreak, 5 military, and 5 civilian aircraft will begin the search again.
They are concentrating their efforts in the Oshawa/Peterborough area.

Not looking good. I wonder if an aircraft drops into a lake will there be any floating debris? Possible that it’s at the bottom of a lake, never to be found?
according to cool 100 they found the wreckage and the body of the missing pilot
(Comments removed.) why is there not a procedure to verify beakon works prior to take off.
