Police foil attempted high-school robbery

Two young men have been charged by Belleville Police after a break-in at a Belleville high-school last night.

Police responded to an alarm at Quinte Secondary School just before 11 o’clock.

Once there, they found the two men in the midst of trying to steal computer equipment.

Twenty-three-year-old Tyler Byers and a 17-year-old male who cannot be identified have both been charged.
