Man arrested near Belleville works building

An 18-year old Thurlow man is facing weapons charges after a minor incident near Belleville’s public-works building this morning.
Belleville police responded to a disturbance call around 3:40 this morning… near the Wallbridge Crescent facility… and found the man with a collapsible baton.
The suspect… who police believe had been attending a nearby house party… was charged with possession of a concealed weapon.
