Library seeks by-law exemption

No Jungle Cat World for Picton’s Canada Day celebrations – but hold on – there might be a visit from Reptilia.

Chief librarian, Barb Sweet, says the educational exhibit of reptiles is due to come to Picton but first they need the same by-law exemption that was denied to Jungle Cat World.

Sweet will appeal for the exemption at Prince Edward County’s Committee of the Whole meeting this afternoon at 1:00 at Shire Hall.
