Foul play caused man’s death

Prince Edward OPP are blaming the death of a Bloomfield man on foul play.
The body of 46-year-old Thomas McCormick was found at 51 Stanley St. just after midnight on Monday.
An autopsy has revealed McCormick’s death to be a result of foul play, but police will not reveal the actual cause of death.
Charged with second-degree murder is the victim’s 53-year-old roommate, Lawrence Markwell.
