Pedestrian injured in Belleville crash

A 69-year-old Belleville man is in hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle early last evening in the city’s west end.

Belleville Police say the accident happened on Sidney St., near W. Moira St., around 6:00.

The driver was not injured. An investigation continues.

Sidney St. was closed last evening for five hours.
