Nature Canada opposes Gilead Power project

Nature Canada is lending their support for the opposition of a local wind farm proposal.
The national group is concerned that Gilead Power is looking to build nine 450′ high turbines on the shore of Prince Edward County.
Spokesperson Ted Chaskey says there’re many animals that would be affected by the area.
He says although they’re against the particular project, he reminds people they are in favour of wind energy.
