More water main work coming to Belleville

Belleville City Council is looking at getting water mains and sewers up to snuff.

At the Mayor’s Breakfast earlier this week, Mayor Neil Ellis said work will continue over the summer on 100-year old pipes below Dundas Street East.

Other projects around the city will include water main work for the Northeast Industrial Park… that will include an extension of Haig Road.

Staff is also addressing water pressure issues in Cannifton, to go along with water main work Maitland Drive.
