Milligan delivers letter

Posted 1 year ago

Wed, Apr 25th, '12 - 12:59 pm

A Trenton resident suing the OPP and the province for millions of dollars wants some answers, and so does his local Member of Provincial Parliament.

Northumberland Quinte West MPP Rob Milligan will hand deliver a letter to Attorney General John Gerretsen at Queens Park.

The letter is from Gerald “Guy” Brummell, who is suing for around 100 million dollars.

Brummell said he has formally asked the Attorney General’s office 10 times to tell him who decided his criminal allegations against the OPP were without merit.

Brummell says he never received a response.

MPP Milligan says, that after a long meeting with Brummell, he’s decided he’ll deliver the request for information himself.

Gerald Brummell alleges that he was framed by the OPP, and jailed, a few years ago.

None of the allegations have been proven in court.

Keep me in mind when you get your hundreds of millions of dollars. I’ll keep working until then.

  2. AMIAM says:

Wow Brummell’s other two partners in litigation have not posted there he’s the “Guy” comments yet. There slipping LOL

  3. AMIAM says:

numbnuts, you better put in some overtime too, we’re all paying for all these law suits. Would it not be great that if you sue someone and lose, you have to pay them one half the amount you were suing for to cover for the accusations and slander against the innocent parties. Just saying

Hmmmmmmm,. . Innocent people usually answer questions, . . . don’t they?? I suspect Mr Milligan would not have gotten involved here unless, as he said on the radio, “these serious allegations require answers!” When politicians get involved the answer is usually already known. For the usual suspects here: “I told you so!”

No answer, I suspect means Mr Brummell will be a very, very, VERY wealthy man.

The big question is “is he single???”. :)

  5. AMIAM says:

When Brummell was charged and sent to gail ,did he answer questions! U4emityalp Glad to see you made it to his defence LOL I was getting worried there for a minute LOL

  6. taxayer says:

Ok so lets get this case into court !Then he will get his answers. And so will we!!!!!! Heresay speculation and acusations proves nothing let the courts decide.
    Not the press!

    Birds of a Feather!!!!

  8. mds says:

Or maybe Milligan is going to “hand deliver” the letter so that Brummell leaves him alone and goes away. When it all goes away, maybe he will too.

  9. U4emityalp says:

@mds. You obviously did not hear Mr Milligan on the radio. but it sounds like you have a bitter tone in your words. Perhaps this victory effects you in some way??? I just hope as promised, Brummell shares this reward with the community. If not, he is a clod IMHO!

  10. Gerald Brummell says:

AMIAM – Each officer I made claims against had the right to bring an action under the Libel and Slander Act were I being malicious or vexatious. There were zero actions brought. As well, the action brought to strike my claim, was unsuccessful.

If I lose. I pay. Not you, not numb…….. Me.

Every judge has cautioned me of the cost of losing, but I have not lost a motion yet.

Thus far this matter has cost me more than you could ever comprehend.

As for ‘litigation partners’ I have no idea what you are talking about.

I represent myself and have engaged this entire undertaking on my own. I am thankful for the support of my wonderful family, and friends who stood in fire with me.

This is close to the end, but far from over.

U4 (interesting name). No. I am not single and if I am successful, I will not forget the community in which I was born.

Don’t forget your good buddy Numbnuts.

By chance any relation to the Brummells from Brighton? Mark & Raymond I went to school with.
