Mays’ body dragged: pathologist

Posted 1 year ago

Tue, Apr 17th, '12 - 1:30 pm

The jury is hearing from an expert forensic pathologist yesterday at the Myles Hughes murder trial.

Reporter James Bowler says Dr. Kharis Kepron said Roy Mays Junior’s death was caused by bullet wounds in the back.

Kepron says grazing wounds on Mays’ abdomen and legs also suggested that he was dragged along the driveway.

23 year old Myles Hughes is charged with second degree murder, and attempted murder following the shootings, which occurred in March of 2010 on Victoria Avenue in east end Belleville.
