Head out to Healthy Living

The Healthy Living Expo continues today at the Yardmen Arena in Belleville, with lots of fun for all of the family.

One main attraction today will be a professional strong man competition at 1 pm featuring a car pull and atlas stone hold, requiring the contestants to hold a large boulder for a long period of time.

Alongside this there will be many other features for all of the family including a kidzone and other attractions. Enough fun to bring the entire family, and the perfect day to get outside and learn all about healthy living.
