Damage is estimated at close to a half-million dollars following a fire at a Quinte West property.
A two-story century home was burnt to the ground in a fire that started mid-morning and quickly spread.
Belleville crews helped put out the blaze, which did only minor damage to nearby buildings and grass.
The cause is suspected to be an outdoor wood-burning furnace.
Crews remain on the scene to make sure no hot spots flare up again.
